At Kandle Bliss, we are committed to ensuring your handcrafted soy candles arrive safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping within Australia

All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Standard delivery takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.
We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are made to order.
Please allow 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping (Standard): $9.95 AUD
Free Shipping on orders over $50 AUD

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within Australia.
Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding globally!

Delivery Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier services
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Unattended parcels marked as "delivered" by the carrier

If your package is lost or delayed, contact us at kckandlebliss@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

Return to Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect:

You may be charged for reshipping fees
Refunds exclude the original shipping fee
