At Kandle Bliss, we are committed to providing you with handcrafted soy candles made with care and intention. While we hope you love every product you receive, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. This Refund Policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and how we handle returns.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product:

  • Is faulty or damaged

  • Does not match the description provided

  • Fails to perform as expected

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
  • Change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong scent or size

  • Pre-order cancellations once production has begun

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To start a return, please email us at kckandlebliss@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the product.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • In original condition (unless damaged or faulty)

  • Unused and with original packaging (if applicable)

Shipping Costs
  • If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged — we cover return shipping

  • For any non-fault-related return (if accepted) — the customer may cover return shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
