Our candles are handcrafted in small batches using natural soy wax and premium ingredients. All orders are subject to availability.
Pre-orders are used to reserve products ahead of release and do not require upfront payment. You will be notified when your item is ready.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms is suspected.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change at any time without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Australia.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout unless free shipping applies.
Once your order has been dispatched, Kandle Bliss is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services.
5. Returns & Refunds
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your candle is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
